Sara Fox Reilly, MS, CHES
Director of Corporate Wellness Services
Sara graduated from the University of WI- LaCrosse with a Bachelor Degree in Community Health Education and has a Master’s Degree in Community Health Education from The University of New Mexico. Sara is excited to be part of the dedicated team at Salus. She is passionate about wellness and is committed to promoting and encouraging healthy behavior change. She has over 15 years of experience developing and implementing corporate wellness programs. Sara has worked as a nutritionist and as a health coach. She enjoys working with groups and conducting seminars on smoking cessation, weight management and stress reduction.
Karen Witkowski, ACSM-CPT
Head Coach & Co-Founder of TriBabes (Women’s Triathlon Group). She is a Triathlon Age Group Competitor in Sprint through Ironman distances. Karen’s passion is working with the beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast as they wish to stretch or improve their personal fitness goals. Karen has over 21 years of experience in the fitness industry and is a student of the evolution of fitness science. She is eager to assist you to accomplish the challenges of fitness and health for work, sport, or play.
Jenna Wise, BS, CHS
Jenna graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Health Promotion. She did her college internship at Kimberly Clark, where she designed and coordinated a variety of wellness programs and events, such as the Get Up & Ride Day and Fox Cities Marathon. She has additional experience in personal training and small group training.
Jenna grew up playing sports and has been active all her life. She played basketball, soccer, softball, and ran cross country and track. She earned a Division 1 college scholarship to Eastern Illinois University for track and cross country. She then transferred to UW-Eau Claire in order to be close to her family after the passing of her father from heart disease. Jenna has a genuine passion for helping individuals of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals and preventing what happened to her father. Her mission in life is to end the obesity trend.
She enjoys living a healthy, active lifestyle and sharing her experiences, knowledge, and passion with others so that they can lead a healthy and happy lifestyle as well. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys running and competing in area road races, hiking at Lapham Peak, hanging out with her golden-doodle, Roger, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
Neila Bond, AFAA-CPT
Mind, Body, Fitness Specialist
Neila has 20 plus years in the fitness industry is the creator of Big Melt Down weight loss and fitness program offered at the JCC. She is currently employed as the Wellness Coach and program coordinator. She holds certifications with AFAA as a Certified Group Exercise , Personal Trainer and Venice Nutrition as a Nutrition Coach. She also holds certifications in the following formats Yoga and PowerHouse Pilates , R.I.P.P.E.D , Forza.
Youth Fitness- Master Trainer for GirlForce and A C.A.T.C.H. instructor.
She specializes in helping people set and achieve their healthy lifestyle goals.
Health and Fitness Specialist
Kim graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Sports Nutrition. She also holds a certification as a Sports Nutritionist through the prestigious International Society of Sports Nutrition. Kim joined the Salus team in 2016 and is excited to share her knowledge of health and fitness and to work to develop healthier lifestyles with the Salus clients. Kim developed her passion for Health and Wellness through watching her own family members suffer from preventable medical conditions. She believes prevention is the key and learning to live a healthy lifestyle on all plains will strongly change the quality of one’s life for the better. Kim holds past experience with training for long distance running, completing several 10k runs as well as half marathons. More recently she transitioned her training regimen and now is actively training and competing in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting while still participating in the sport of CrossFit. Kim loves to challenge herself and wants to bring that drive into those she works with.
